We collect nonpublic personal information about our clients in connection with the preparation of client tax returns and financial records. We do not disclose any nonpublic information about our clients to anyone, except as permitted by law or by the client's permission.

We restrict access to client information to only those employees who need to know that information in order to assist the client. Our employees are trained and required to safeguard client information. We maintain strict physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect client information. As required by law, we notify each client annually of our privacy policy.
